Reid's surgery

We have had an interesting week. Reid woke on Monday morning with a large, red bump on his jaw line. We took him in and after testing/ultrasound discovered it was an abscess. We were admitted to the University Monday night. There were so many different doctors/residents with different opinions that we were never really sure what the plan was. Reid did have surgery on Tuesday and got to come home today (Thursday). We went through 3 IV sites and lots of poking and prodding but Reid is home and feeling much better.

Blogger for iPad won't let me arrange pictures but the one with the bib is from Monday morning. The one in monkey jammies is from tonight at home.

We visited Santa at the library last weekend. Owen LOVED Santa, Reid was not as fond of him!

It's getting Christmas-y

We have been busy decorating here... Getting ready for Christmas and birthdays! Reid is always on the move and into everything that Owen has. He LOVES his blankie and carries it around most of the time, in his hand or his mouth! Owen is really into Thomas the Train right now. He is so smart. His vocabulary is growing daily and he loves to tell stories! Keith and I find out a lot about our parenting by the things he says! It's pretty entertaining:)

Pumpkin patch

It's been very busy around here! Reid is on the verge of a step... Crazy hair and all! Owen has been helping me bake.
We visited the pumpkin patch and had tons of fun!
